These are great shoes, I work construction and I need a good, comfy pair of boots. The only complaint I have is that I didnt buy them sooner!

These boots are more in line with "high-top sneaker" style boots. They are a bit thin and look more like a shoe than a boot. Some my find this a plus with the added ankle support but I find this to be a drawback. The tongue is soft and will give a slight pinch at times with the laces pulled tight, it usually goes away though in short order but is another drawback for me. If you need a super light boot with minimal protection, as in you are forced to wear a boot but prefer shoes or need a super-light duty boot, these would fit the bill nicely. If you a looking for a more stiffer substantial work boot, these are not for you.
