Great looking, and pretty comfortable, but need to be broken in.

I picked these up for a Halloween Costume (11th Doctor), and to replace my Chuck Taylor's as daily wear shoes. So far, I'm pretty happy with them. They do need to be broken in, and you will most likely have a blister on the first day or so. However, after they have been broken in, they are fairly comfortable and make a good thump when you walk(I like that) .

Comfortable and look good

I did quite a lot of searching before I settled on these boots. Actually, I took so long on deciding on these that they arrived only one day before I planned on wearing them on a day trip in NYC with my wife for our anniversary. I Was nervous that not being able to break them in before an entire day of walking in the city would kill my feet. Surprisingly that didn't happen. I was on my feet, off and on, from 7:00am until 11:00pm. At the end of the day I had no discomfort at all.

I bought these to wear with jeans and a blazer and I thought they looked good. I'd have no hesitation looking at another pair of Steve Madden boots in the future,
